What we collect

When you request the trial download we ask for your name and email. We also record minimal technical data (IP address and browser) and the registration and download dates, solely to send you the link and understand product usage.

How we use it

• To send you the download link for the trial installer.
• To manage and support your trial period.
• If you opted in, to send you product news (you can unsubscribe anytime).

Trial activation

To prevent resetting the trial period, the app generates a technical identifier for your machine (a hardware fingerprint) that is associated with the trial start date. We do not use this fingerprint to identify you personally, nor do we share it.

Retention and third parties

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose described. We do not sell your data. The installer is hosted on Cloudflare R2 and emails are sent through our email provider.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to support@edgesoundsimulator.com.
